Effective November 3, 2026. This policy explains what information Cynosure Community LLC (“Cynosure,” “we”) collects through this website and our waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language because you deserve to understand it.
The short version: we collect only what you choose to give us on the waitlist form, we use it only to contact you about joining Cynosure, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.

This policy covers our public website and waitlist. When the members’ community and tools open, we will update this policy to cover them before anyone is asked to create an account.
Information you give us on the waitlist form:
Information collected automatically: like nearly every website, our hosting and security provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this website.
Please don’t share details of your situation on the form. We don’t need them to welcome you, and they’re safer kept with you for now. Use an email address or phone number the other person can’t see.
We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it to train artificial-intelligence models.
We use a small number of service providers to run the website and waitlist. They handle information only to provide their service to us:
We may also disclose information if required by law, such as a valid subpoena or court order, or to protect someone’s safety. Where the law allows, we will try to tell you first.
We keep waitlist information until you join, until you ask us to remove it, or until it’s no longer needed — and in any case we review and delete stale waitlist entries at least once a year. When you become a member, your information moves into the member platform and is deleted from the waitlist tools.
You can ask us at any time to see the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email privacy@cynosurecommunity.com from the address you signed up with (or tell us the phone number you used). We’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws, and we will honor them.
This website and waitlist are for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we’ll delete it.
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and two-step sign-in on the accounts that hold your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect only what we need.

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change affects how we use information you’ve already given us, we’ll let you know before it takes effect.
